Varithena® Treatment
A medication foam injected into the vein to gently collapse and seal it shut.
15-30 MINUTES
Microphlembectomy
Removes small varicose veins through tiny incisions for immediate relief.

Radiofrequency Ablation (ClosureFast TM)

Radiofrequency ablation is a treatment device that is placed into a diseased vein under ultrasound guidance through a small opening in the skin. The small device delivers heat to the vein wall, causing it to shrink and seal closed.

Once the vein is sealed, blood naturally reroutes through healthier veins, improving circulation and reducing symptoms. This minimally invasive outpatient procedure allows most patients to return to normal daily activities the same day.

  • The procedure takes about 20-40 minutes.
  • The procedure is almost always a permanent fix for the diseased veins being treated.
  • The number of treatments needed depends on the severity and number of veins that are diseased.
  • Patients get relief/improvement of symptoms after 2 days
  • Proven long term results with positive patient outcomes and experience
  • Rapid recovery with patients resuming normal activities within a few days

Varithena®

Varithena® is a minimally invasive foam treatment that treats symptomatic axial superficial venous reflux.

During the procedure, a specialized microfoam is injected into the affected vein, causing it to close while naturally redirecting blood flow to healthier veins.

Most treatments take less than an hour and require little downtime, helping relieve pain, swelling, heaviness, and other symptoms.

  • The procedure typically takes 30 minutes or less.
  • Most patients experience symptom relief within a few days.
  • Minimally invasive – No incisions or heat-based energy required
  • Quick symptom relief – Many patients notice improvement within a few days
  • Rapid recovery – Patients can resume normal activities within a day or two
  • Proven long-term results – Clinically tested with high success rates

Microphlebectomy

Microphlebectomy is a minimally invasive procedure used to remove large, bulging varicose veins through tiny incisions in the skin. The treatment is performed in our office using local anesthesia.

Microphlebectomy provides immediate removal of bulging surface veins while preserving healthy circulation.

A microphlebectomy procedure typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the number and size of the veins being treated.

Most patients return to normal daily activities within 24–48 hours, with only minor soreness and bruising during the healing process. In many cases, microphlebectomy is completed as part of a personalized vein treatment plan to achieve the best long-term results.

  • Immediate removal of bulging varicose veins
  • Minimally invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia
  • Tiny incisions that typically heal with little to no visible scarring
  • Relief from pain, heaviness, swelling, and other vein-related symptoms
  • Fast recovery with minimal downtime
  • Improves both leg comfort and appearance
